Developing dynamic community spaces

We are proud to have enriched communities with these institutional success stories in our portfolio.

Institutional Project
London Steveston Secondary School

London Steveston Secondary School (Vancouver, BC) A LEED certified (Gold) $16.5-million new construction project in Richmond, BC. With the beauty of the west coast framed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, the architect’s vision, harmonizing the building with its natural surroundings using exposed timber structures and well-lit atriums, was successfully realized.

Institutional Project
St. Mark and St. Philips Anglican Church

St. Mark and St. Philips Anglican Church (Calgary, AB) This design/build renovation delivered great results due to fruitful collaboration between a talented architect and a skilled construction team. Upon completion, an unusable basement became a space to be enjoyed by the entire congregation.
